The Order Fulfillment Associate we’re looking for is steady, precise, patient, and whose consistency will ensure every package leaves our warehouse on time, accurate, and in perfect condition. At EXPLORIST.life, we build and ship off-grid solar electrical systems for DIYers across the country. Your role is essential in making sure those DIYers get exactly what they need, when they need it—so they can bring their projects to life with confidence.

This role is perfect for someone who is patient, precise, and dependable. You’ll enjoy an environment where tasks are orderly, repetitive, and predictable. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently follow processes, maintain high-quality standards, and contribute to the smooth flow of warehouse operations.

Success Metrics

  • 100% order accuracy and on-time fulfillment
  • All stock damages logged within 24 hours of discovery
  • Inventory shelves consistently stocked with kits
  • Shipments received and restocked within 48 hours
  • Equipment operated safely with zero incidents

What You’ll Own

Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders for carrier pickup. Occasionally deliver packages to USPS or UPS.

Receiving Shipments: Accept bulk shipments, verify accuracy, and restock inventory.

Kit Restocking: Replenish wiring kit shelves as sales occur.

Quality Control: Inspect all incoming and outgoing stock for damages, documenting and reporting issues.

Equipment Use: Safely operate warehouse tools and equipment, including forklifts and other stock management tools.

Warehouse Standards: Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient environment.
